Positive Outcomes was formed in 1996 by David Clarke and George Bowers to address the training needs in the commercial environment using quality-driven work based learning.

Their client base varies from small traders to large multinational companies. They are based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, and operate throughout the East Midlands and surrounding areas.

They had been using our year end accounts preparation & payroll services since incorporation but in 2005 started to use our monthly management accounting service.

Accountshop designed a monthly report pack that gives me not only the financials and ratios compared to our industry benchmarks but costs and learner numbers against each staff member. I can log on to their server to access this and drill down to individual transactions in the accounts system.

From February 2006 we have outsourced our whole accounts function to Accountshop, using the intranet means it doesn't matter they are 500 miles away."
