So busy running your business you don't have time to sort the
paperwork and keep the books up to date?
We can help. With the aid of a document scanner at your
end and
MS Office Sharepoint
Server at ours, we effectively give you your own
intranet on our server so we can process all your accounting
paperwork for you and turn it into invaluable information.
Another option is that we act as your accounts office with all
supplier invoices, statements etc. posted to us. We will scan all
documents within 48 hours of receipt, and uploaded
to our
server. See
Case Study 1 for a real life example of a company using
these services.
Using
MS Infopath forms we can provide you with a purchase
ordering system that enforces budgetary controls and limits of
authority,
allowing you to delegate ordering to employees with peace of
mind.
Depending on the sophistication of your internet banking
service we can download your statements straight from the internet
and carry out your bank reconciliation, or you can e-mail them to
us in electronic format, if this isn't suitable statements can be
scanned with other documents.
No posting paperwork back & forth, no pile of unprocessed
invoices and your documents and reports are available 24/7 for you
online.
If neither of these options suit, we can give
you access via remote desktop to selected parts of
our accounting software;
MS Dynamics NAV, so you can process
your own orders, invoices and bank transactions while we use the
accumulated data in Navision to produce your management accounting
information.
If you are VAT registered we can also handle your VAT returns &
submit them online as part of the service.
If you have employees completing timesheets we can process/import
these and use the data for job costing, payroll preparation or
performance analysis. If required we can
provide you with customised online
MS Infopath timesheets that integrate directly with your
back-end accounting data.
